Bubble alphabet and Unicode character coverage
The most complete copyable circle alphabet is the outlined Enclosed Alphanumerics set: it provides separate circled uppercase A–Z and lowercase a–z. Other enclosed sets are more limited.
Bubble numbers and circled numbers 0–20
Circled number characters are useful for steps, rankings, compact labels and decorative numbering. Unicode includes dedicated circled numbers beyond the single digits, so ⑩ is one character representing ten rather than a circled “1” followed by a circled “0”.

Bubble Unicode text vs a real bubble font
